Customer Review A wonderful addition to vegan cooking 5/5 Stars First of all, the book is beautiful. The photographs are very enticing and the recipes are well written and easy to follow. I tried the chocolate macaroons first and found them to be a bit too sweet for my taste, so I will adjust the sweetener next time. The cinnamon coffee cake was a big hit at my office. I tackled the chocolate mousse and the chocolate chip cookies this weekend and both were delicious and very well received by my guests. I was particularly impressed with the creaminess and richness of the mousse. The book also has good info about vegan ingredients and veganism in general, without being preachy.
