The book wasn't as insightful as I'd hoped it would be. It basically tells that men lose weight faster (which I think almost everybody knows) and why they lose it faster. I was hoping it would give tips on how to do it together, how to set up a routine as far as exercising, better eating tips and so on. It really didn't and I was kind of disappointed. But I still love and totally rely on anything Weight Watchers produces because the program works.
