Customer Review Nothing new here. 2/5 Stars This book provides an overview of the headlines over the last twenty years that have impacted globalization. If you read the news paper and think about the stories you read there is nothing new here. There is a lack of solid evidence for his arguments and is based on Friedman's opinions instead of statistics and market trends. Friedman does do a good job linking everything together in an easy to read fashion. If you are looking for a good balanced book about globalization and how it's changing society this is not it. I would not recommend the book because of lack of research and the narrow view of the information provided.
