If you read the news paper and think about the stories you read there is nothing new here. There is a lack of solid evidence for his arguments and is based on Friedman's opinions instead of statistics and market trends. Friedman does do a good job linking everything together in an easy to read fashion. If you are looking for a good balanced book about globalization and how it's changing society this is not it. I would not recommend the book because of lack of research and the narrow view of the information provided.
